Was recommended this shop by another mechanic that was trustworthy so we took our truck to them. After spending thousands of dollars on repairs, come to realize it was the worst mistake to trust this shop with our truck. Got a transmission filter change and the truck began leaking oil within a week of getting that done got our catalytic converter changed supposedly come to find out that it wasn’t even changed. Multiple mechanics told us that the part that was on the truck post repair was 100% the original part and not a new one. And multiple other Problems that we got repaired and come to find out nothing was repaired. Everything stayed the same. Last encounter with the shop was getting our heater core changed and prior to that we had our gearbox changed but post gearbox the same rattling/shaking of the car while driving was happening and I asked if during the week of changing the heater core the oil leak the rattle and the heater core can all get taken care of and looked at because this is a work truck and we can’t keep taking off work and Ray said no problem. One week later I get a call that the truck was ready. I ask what was done and he says oh we only had time for the heater c

These guys truly saved me. They don’t take advantage of you, they tell you only what you really need and it feels like a literal family in there. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am to them and for being so reasonable from a financial perspective as well. God bless them. Please don’t go anywhere else. From the bottom of my heart thank you guys SO much! I left the shop and as I was driving home I cried happy tears because I am just so thankful I found genuine people for auto services. They have a new customer here and I have already told people how amazing they are!

I was in town for a job when the work truck wouldn't start. I had it towed in and they had it back next day, lightning fast and affordable! Highly recommend. Hopefully I won't breakdown in Parma again, but if I do I know where I'm going with my truck! Thanks again!

I was very happy with my experience at Silva & Sons. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle and gave me a detailed estimate before proceeding with any work. I would definitely use their services in the future.

My company and individual staff members have been dealing with these folks for many years. They service both our cars and our pickups. They have always been thorough, discussed what they found and what we needed to do now and what could wait to do later, and reasonably priced. We have never have had an issue that they didn't promptly correct
